Warranty Policy

We stand by all of the products that we make with a (1) year warranty from any manufacturing defects that DO NOT include normal wear and tear. 

If you make a warranty claim, items will only be replaced with the same SKU that was purchased in the original order. MUST have proof of purchase from a reseller or order number from our site or Amazon. If you want a different color, or size, the exchange policy applies.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size/color you can exchange for another color or size within 30 days. Return shipping is at buyers expense. The item you are sending back must be unused and in the original packaging.

If the item being returned is a lesser value than the new item being exchanged, the difference will be due before the new item will be shipped. If a refund is due, it will be credited once the returned item has been received by the returns department.

Returns

All unused products purchased from our site have a 30 day return policy. Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Any items sent back for return must be unused and in the original packaging. Any items showing signs of damage or wear may not be eligible for a refund.

When a product is returned the customer will be given a Product Refund. Shipping & handling fees will not be refunded. Items purchased from a reseller are subject to their return policy.

By initiating a return via our website or customer service, you agree to the terms of the return policy.

**If you have a Pre-Orderd of any product you will have to email us to override the 30 day return period.**
